Diuretic: Diuretics are drugs that increase urination, increase spending salt or NaCl. Drugs that are circulating are Spironolactone, HCT, Chlortalidone, indopanide.

Alpha-blocker: Is a drug that can block alpha receptors and causes peripheral vasodilatation and decrease blood pressure. Type of alpha blocker drugs: Prasozin, Terasozin

Beta-blockers: Mechanism of action of beta blockers is not known with certainty. Is well-known drug Propranolol, Atenolol, Pidolol




Centrally acting drugs: Centrally acting drugs can reduce the release of noradrenaline resulting in lower peripheral adrenergic nerve activity and blood pressure drop. Drugs of this type tends to Clonidine, Guanfasisme, methyldopa.

Fasodilator: These drugs may directly develop arteriole wall that reduced peripheral vascular resistance and decreased blood pressure. Drugs of this type is Hidralazine, Ecarazine.

Antagonist Kalsinum: Is to inhibit the entry of calcium ions into vascular smooth muscle cells to the effects of vasodilation and decrease blood pressure and the type is veratamil Nifedipine.

ACE inhibitors: This ACE inhibitors lower blood pressure by inhibiting angiotensin converting Vasoconstriksi Enzime a powerful force. This type of drug is Capoten and captopril and enalapril.
